FEPS in Belarus

In 2011 FEPS conducted a project "Support for non-formal education in Belarus". This project was supported by the program "Polish Aid" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland "Support for the Belarusian society in 2011".

Our project was designed for youth workers, educators and teachers willing to improve their skills in non-formal education. In the frame of the project two seminars were held aiming to present a variety of non-formal education methods and the diversity of possible attitudes in addressing young people.

As a result of the project the participants were required to prepare a seminar in their community using the gained methods and tools. The effects of the small projects were presented at the evaluation meeting in Minsk.

The local partner for the project was the training center “Education without Borders” in Dunaevo, Belarus and from the Polish side we were supported by the UNESCO Initiative Center from Wrocław.

The project was successfully assessed by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Below please find the letter of recommendation.
